IS THE EVENT UNDERCOVER?

The event is both undercover and outdoors.

DO UNDER 3s REQUIRE TICKETS?

Children under the age of 3 are free and don't require tickets.

ARE THERE AGE LIMITS ON THE RIDES?

Yes. All of our inflatables and ball pits have age limits as per signage at the event.

DO THE DOORS OPEN EARLIER?

No. The doors open at the session time stated on your ticket.

 

IS FOOD AVAILABLE?

Hot food, popcorn, fairy floss and drinks will be available onsite.

ARE THERE TOILETS ONSITE?

Yes, there are toilets onsite.

IS THE EVENT PRAM FRIENDLY?

Yes. However please note that Jurassic Creatures does not take responsibility for any prams left unattended during the event.

IS THERE DISABLED ACCESS?

Yes. The event takes place on one single level with the aisle width being a minimum of 2.4m wide. Please note that due to the engineered design, certain amusement rides may not be accessible.

 

WHAT AGE IS THIS EVENT RECOMMENDED FOR?

If you love everything dinosaurs, come along! The event activities are best suited to children 3-10 years old.

 

DO ADULTS REQUIRE TICKETS?

Yes, ticket prices are the same for adults and kids. Children under 3 can enter free of charge.

 

Children may hold a VIP ticket for the benefits, and parents a General Admission ticket.

 

ARE TICKETS AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR?

Yes, tickets are available at the door.

 

CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS FROM RESELLER SITES?

Ticketmaster is our official ticketing partner and the only site for online ticket sales. We have had reports of ticket reselling sites Tixel, Hey Alex and Entradaria promoting ticket sales to the event. DO NOT purchase from ticket reselling sites as they are not verified nor can these tickets be guaranteed as legitimate.

 

ARE THERE TOILETS ONSITE?

Yes, there are toilets onsite.

 

HOW LONG DOES MY SESSION LAST?

You can remain at the event until 5.30pm, however there are no pass outs.

 

CAN I STAY LONGER?

Yes, you can remain at the event until 5.30pm – please note last entry is 3.30pm.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PRICE?

Any merchandise and food you purchase, as well as dinosaur photos are not included in the ticket price. There are also side games, that have additional fees, if you choose to take part.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

Parking is available across from the event.
